Jenessa Greer
Hello, I am Jenessa (she/her)
I’m a counselling student therapist who offers a grounded, compassionate, client centred, and culturally responsive space for healing. My approach is rooted in a decolonial, anti-oppressive, and feminist framework that honours the wisdom of the body, the power of storytelling, and the resilience of the communities we come from.
I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, 2SLGBTQIA+ folks, and individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, neurodivergence, identity, trauma, and life transitions. With a background in child and youth work, crisis response, and community mental health, I bring a relational and trauma-informed presence to our work together.
I draw from mindfulness, somatic practices, collaborative approaches, and evidence-based modalities like Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Narrative Therapy and parts work. Whether we’re unpacking old narratives, regulating the nervous system, or reconnecting with joy and creativity, I meet you where you’re at—with curiosity, care, and collaboration.
Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.

(He/Him/His)
I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist-in-training pursuing specialization in religious and spiritual trauma, identity development, and men’s emotional well-being. My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassionate, client-centred care, and inspired by modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, body-based interventions, and mindfulness to help individuals navigate healing in a way that honours their unique experiences. With a background in theology and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Spirituality, I am particularly attuned to the complexities of faith transitions and high-control religious environments, particularly at the intersections of trauma, neurodiversity, and gender and sexuality.
I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their lived experiences with authenticity and agency. Whether working with individuals processing religious trauma, men seeking deeper emotional integration, or those navigating anxiety, grief, and identity shifts, my approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and holistic. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their innate embodied wisdom, foster self-compassion, and build a sense of empowerment in their healing journey

(She/Her/Hers)
Hello, I’m Crys (she/her). I aim to be an unusual therapist. I harness imagination, energy, enthusiasm, poetry, and humour in my effort to understand your story and elevate your voice. Whether you are considering the past, the present, or the future, I believe that therapeutic conversations can expand the options, responses, and actions we have available to us to heal ourselves heart, mind, and spirit. It is a privilege to come alongside you and join you in this journey. I practice the art of paying attention, which means what you say to me and who you are- is extremely important to me. I will work hard during our time together to listen, to understand, and to help.
I practice Feminist Narrative Therapy, which means my work is focused and targeted, and detailed oriented. I consider contextual factors that contribute to distress. I am a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapist and use EMDR along with Internal Family Systems and Ego State therapy to address significant trauma recent and past.
I am a Queer woman and am enthusiastically Queer and Trans Affirming. I also recognize my role in the colonization of Canada’s First Peoples and the marginalization of POC. I work hard to acknowledge my privileges and to center your lived experience and individual rights, particularly for those who have had those rights violated and carry generational wounds.
