Dr. Cejaye graduated from the Calgary College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture with her Doctor of Acupuncture designation, alongside her 2200-hour Registered Massage Therapy certification.
Her path to Chinese Medicine unfolded as a natural evolution from more than two decades of dedicated yoga practice. What began as a personal exploration of movement and breath grew into a deep study of Eastern philosophy, anatomy, body mechanics, and therapeutic movement. This journey was further enriched by her studies in Sport Fitness Nutrition (2011), Western Herbology, Iridology, and Reflexology (2012), Reiki (2016), and Acusculpting (2023).
In addition to her formal training, Dr. Cejaye has created her own Fascial Release Technique (FRT) — a gentle yet profoundly effective method for pain management, injury recovery, and restoring balance in the body’s connective tissue. This work is informed by her understanding of fascia as a living, intelligent matrix — one that holds memory, emotion, and the story of the body’s resilience.
